Staffly is developed and run by an operating staffing agency - not by a software vendor guessing at the workflow. Every feature exists because a real operation needed it.
It started with our own spreadsheet
Staffly was built because we ran staffing ourselves and were tired of keying the same hours in three places: one for approval, one for invoicing and one for payroll. The system is written from that daily reality - not from a requirements document.
