About the app

What people ask before they download it.

The app requires an active user account with an agency running on Staffly. You cannot sign yourself up inside the app - the account is created by the agency, and the employee or the customer's contact then signs in.
With your company code plus your own username and password. The company code is the same for everyone at the agency, so it can go out with the welcome message.
Danish and English. The app follows the language of the phone, so an English-speaking employee gets the English version without anyone changing anything centrally.
iPhone requires iOS 16.4 or later. On Android the app is downloaded from Google Play, which states whether a given phone is supported.
Yes. It is one app, and what you see depends on the role on the account: the employee sees their shift plan, their hours and their payslips, while the customer's contact sees their own orders and the approvals waiting for them.
